The term “Lifestyle Villas” or “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website whose offices are located in Texas and Los Cabos, Mexico.  The term BROKER is used for you, a travel professional or individual that is on this site for the purpose of promoting us and our services.  Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is construed & enforced in accordance with the laws of the United States of Mexico & the state of Baja California South in the municipality of Los Cabos.

Lifestyle Villas agrees to make available to the BROKER or you, marketing material which may include selected photographs, videos, and text-copy. The Lifestyle Villas reserves the right to be selective with such assigned material based on what it may consider to be third-party marketable material.

The BROKER agrees that all materials provided by the Lifestyle Villas or obtained from its websites, brochures, promotional tools or general files; obtained with written consent from the Lifestyle Villas, remains property of the Lifestyle Villas. 

Lifestyle Villas reserves the right to an immediate termination of this agreement, in the event that the BROKER fails to work within the Lifestyle Villas terms, resulting in an automatic recall of all materials, and request to stop of use of such materials (photos, text copy and videos), from all the BROKER’s marketing and distribution mediums.

The BROKER agrees not to engage in promotional activities that may infringe the Lifestyle Villas proprietary rights (including but not limited to trademark rights), or a third party's proprietary rights.

The marketing material provided by the Lifestyle Villas, and any other belonging to it, is provided to the BROKER with the sole intention of marketing Lifestyle Villas. The BROKER agrees not to alter or modify any part of such material, in any medium, without the Lifestyle Villas’s prior written consent.

In consideration of the Lifestyle Villas’s professional and goodwill reputation, the BROKER represents and warrants that it will not engage in and/or facilitate spamming, indiscriminate advertising or unsolicited commercial email or otherwise fail to comply with the SPAM Acts of United States, Canada or Mexico, and/or any other laws and/ or regulations that govern email marketing and/or communications.
